I wouldn't mind paying a little for for a skin, like a WindowBlind, Icon Package, etc. WinCustomize should setup a link at the artists WinCustomize web site where people can donate (cash by mail) to the artist a little if they want to. I don't agree that it should only be a hobby though. Making things like GUI designs and themes for computers is pretty hard work. I can't see why people that make themes aren't treated like professionals like

Try restarting your computer again or maybe try another theme to see if it changes. I'm also using the Win player, and there's no problems. Try the Thunder Storm theme.

That quote makes no sense to me because firefox is open source, so they dont hide their secrets. What you see is what exsist so far. Granted more will likely surface, but that only because mozilla is researching extensively to find them, but when they find the problems, they tell the public. Open source methodology suggest that y

Do you think its not secure? The zealous say its secure for a reason. In fact, there are many people saying its secure that are not secure. I hope you dont think that the US government are firefox zealots cause they think its more secure.I mean secunia (the company that found both of the recent security flaws) works with mozilla

Uh... well, most of you guys make some good points here I think. Guess things depend on various factors. The prob is the way HTML content is generated and interpreted by browsers, and how secure a particular website is with its code. Then, just throw in the Java factor and there's even more probs. The more people that use Firefox, the more we'll see probs with vulnerabilities. But some of this security stuff is probly a little overstated by 'security'

Ummm browse security aint clear cut like that. There will always be firefox flaws being reported. Mozilla is by far handling it the best by actively seeking the problem reporting it, and fixing it promptly. Look at how fast 1.4 came after getting their first critical flaw. Mozilla works very closely with secunia to active

I'm new too man. First, go to Control Panel>Appearence and Themes>Folder Options, and then select the View tab. Go down and uncheck the box that says Hide extensions for known file types. Now you're ready to download. Just download the skin file (zip) to your Desktop, right-click it, and rename the .zip part to .wmz. You'll probly get some confirm message. Just Confirm the change. Now just double-click the same skin file and it'll install in y

Hi all, I just wanted someone to help me better understand how the whole WinCustomize account thing works. When I accessed my account a few minutes ago, I think that I was actually in someone else's account because I was able to view another members guestbook. Is that normal? I also think I might have accessed some other areas that were not in my account. Dunno, maybe it's a glitch in the site or something, but when I logged back in later, some options

I have also done that before and that did not work. I do not know what to do. I am going to uninstall WindowBlinds and scan the registry for anything from WindowBlinds. Hmm, I was just thinking about a possible registry prob as well. It's probly some corrupted file somewhere on your system that's caus

Uninstall the current version of WindowBlinds, then, go in to Program Files in My Computer and delete all past WndowBlinds versions, and then reinstall the newer one again. Just make a System Restore Point before you do all this to be safe. Good luck man.
