"informational: Me thinks so as well but shouldn't those Actions speeked of on top be added for major civs Sanctions still can be somthing Though Embargoe is a more Agressive measure it would really make things Better for "inteligent warmongers" like me...Retard time: Pretend im someones freind then back stab them i loose only one ship and its a god damned Colony ship With 2 million ppl *Salutes the 2 milion pplz* They were the only casualty of the war they shall be missed!

also one more thing realted to the Basic infastructre thing im sorry it cannot hapen to easily...however the colony ship can "Deploy" itself into a Intial Colony tile where YOU Should pick it...rather than random Now i do belive some sort of Inital Colony rush Limit would make the game better If it is people freezer The Size needed for pplz is less and can hold more if it is a living city it actually is a bit higher (Pop) when it gets there And they can make 'nough money to help their maintance

im far too lazy to read it all out... so this what i have to say How 'bout Colony ships have PEOPLE FREEZERS or they are "living cities" so they Generate slight income and have some saying in elections they have morale depending on how long they have been on the ship and their home planets original morale. also on a higher note if it is to be living cites shouldn't the pop increase? (its still a city with livin ppl "doing stuff"...)

Thanks for the explanation, FrogBoy! Nice to have the logistics system explained so clearly. One aside, however. If logistically speaking a 25-tiny-ship fleet is identical to a 10-large-ship fleet (both 50 logistics points) will the large ships simply whomp the tiny ones in each battle, or will the swarm stand a chance? I ask this in full knowledge that the outcome of said

The number of ships you can put into a fleet is based on your logistics ability. Different sized ships use up X amounts of logistics: Tiny: 2 Small: 3 Medium: 4 Large: 5 Huge :6 Different civilizations start out with differing amounts of logistcs points (typically between 5 and 7). There are technologies (basic logisti

I think earth should have a PQ of 13 10 is crappy by my standards.. But survivable Jupiter is PQ0 (it is by far TOO large to be sat on) Venus PQ Is 4(it can be surived but is EXTREMLY Hostile) Is satarn a Complete gas planet? Whatever on the "Start System For Start planets custom races dealio" i belive that each custom race can deciede on a varaitan How thier Home planet is and its neighboring planets Make a limit of 13PQ per planet or a total Star system of 40PQ combined (has a side-effect some

Yeh GJ and all that *Sounds drunk for some reason-Must be unstable hive mind iliness* *Fixes head* *sounds normal* uhhh IM REALLY anal on the custom ships part but anyways it will be done and i will be satisfiyed with most actions but i would actually have what i call the "2-Galciv2-Engines-plan":There shall be 2 engine put in each tech that as each one devolps they will share the princaple of decreasing in natural size(Without minaturazation which should decrease all modules "natural size"

Well game balancing is meant to start in beta 4 as the previous beta's were technically technology tests. Miniaturisation tech makes modules smaller. More advanced engines get smaller and cheaper, to make the ship go faster you add more engines. That's intentional, not a bug. Can't remember now but there might actually be some faster engines near the

Rmb that GC2 BETA3 is bugged and theyll probley fix But you keep complaining and i bet they will extend that date for Beta4 thanks to you To be replaced by Lowa12? Or Lowa100? Are the Lowans using decimal or binary? to be replaced by a copy of Lowa11 and we use the same number we liquidate the number's holder so we don't care too much... (Lowa1 is Th

one other thingy is morality should influence options of stuff like in this fleet battles for instance you evil retreat is impossible (Very warlike) if your Good, you may retreat without much problems (less warlike but much nicer and safe) so morality is alot more fun to toy with!

If we're talking realism... Dog fights in space would probably be impossible. Space combat in reality would probably be more like a naval battle with huge ships lobbing bombs at one another. well actually not earth-like dog fights but actually you can have dog fights in space just not as Safe... (IE:your ship blows up you dead on earth Plane b

I want the custom ships to be more balanced and can combat The AI better than ill be happy besides diplomacy (im not Truly warsitc i prefer buliding huge economies and therefore can probley get pwned by AI and well bribe em and they won't touch me or get support from a freind...) besides that i don't care too much (Fix any REALLLY IRRATING ISSUES ASWELL)

What hull are you using? erm... dunno maybe the game engine is faulty and doesn't understand Custom ship Required techs or somthing... ask Brad then ask him who is in charge of this issue then ask him to fix it then he says its too late then you say do it or ill hurt you then he exlies you and then a digital war hapens and somone hacks GC2...wait...i wasn't suposed to say that! *Lowa Federation Spy Backstabs Lowa11* *Lowa11 is dead*

for me: AI beating the shit out of me cos my custom ships SUCK! > 1)They can fit more weapons and stuff and possibly be Multi-use (IE:Landers that are The equivlent of a battle cruiser) 2)As engines get More advanced they get A)Faster B)smaller C)Cheaper 3)A)minaturzation increases hulls? B)or makes weapons smaller? If A)engines should not be forced to increase in size! anywa

Ugleb Said: You know that might be a quite popular feature to leave in the final game. For those who have Dawn of War, at the end of a game you can watch a replay of the battle from the perspective of any player, which can be entertaining. Ofc there's a huge cheese factor in giving plyers that level of information, so I suppose players who use it mid-game w
