Mkay From what i know the precursors are responsable for the universes current Shape and, they split up and then killed each other? im not so clear on it could someone explain, I really hate when i miss somthing Virtually vital to somthing...
You know while im here i would like to bring up the idea of allowing you to team fleets (you know you Hold control+#) then you hit that number then its called up...without shifting view makes war much more manageble...However in GC1 (not sure if it will apply to GC2) War was extremly micromanged When the game was in full gear (mid-game) then it gets tedious to deal with war effectivly...so i suggest that some sort of Military advisor could be used that will handle ships for you depending on what

How about a abilty used to indicate That their Borg or somthing...i suggest that later(Beta 4 or somthing...), That Racial abbilites and Tech Points have double what they have or somthing So its still restricitve (its still impossible to get everything! and people can start of easier) somthing of that sort...Would really make Custom races surivive better or the humans...Either one needs it...

I want such a system for Starting a civ. and another thingy, PQ10 IS ACTUALLY LOW VERY LOW REALLY! So PQ15 should be a decent level or somthing. anyways, Is terraforming fixed now? And i tried A copy of the Beta3 Bulid and was able to do the upgrading thing and wondered if it was fixed...havn't ran into the turn bug yet(my theory is that the engine breaks down after a while and the AI falls apart or somthing is wrong with your OWN ships)
