Jason Whitlock also made some good points on "Tucker". WWW Link

I lost my pants in Walmart. If I had a nickel for every time I heard that... Possibly the most embarrasing moment of my life. I can only imagine the look on your face when your pants dropped. Hopefully it's your most embarrassing moment. If it gets to Youtube you may have to write a whole new article. btw .. w
TV theme songs I Score: 100% (15 out of 15) I don't know if my score means something good or bad.
Humorless pugs! I don't understand the flap, Jack. I won't waffle. I enjoyed the video.
I enjoy being in my own bubble. So much that sometimes I have been labeled a snob by a lot of women. I'm not being snobby I'm just in my own world at the time. Not to say there aren't times I DO act like I don't see them just to piss them off.
At a job where I used to work when I lived in Ohio they had a vending machine with healthy items. I don't think many people used it, though. The main things I would get from there was the dried fruit and baked chips. In another vending machine machine they had skim milk, fruits, salads, and yogurts. The guy who filled the machines up would tell me the company hardly made any money from the healthy stuff. I think we should have only been offer more healthier options. Make it harder for
I bet so many people can relate to this poem. You captured what many feel everyday so superbly. Good job, Mark.
Logic might provide clarity but emotions provide the truth, as far as I'm concerned. Depending on what it is I try to keep a balance but i do tend to be more ruled by my heart. The danger, to me, is when people are too much one way. It leads to people like your friend in the poem. May your heart keep steering you right, mate.
Considering the year you experienced no way should you volunteer to get hit by a pie. Who knows somebody might put a brick in a pie tin, cover it with whip cream and clobber you. Or worse a math major could hit with you a pi a little over 3.14 times and you know how much those crazy symbols hurt.
Detroit- home to the idiot drivers. Basic Rules for Driving in Metro Detroit 1.A right lane construction closure is just a game to see how many people can cut in line by passing you on the right as you sit in the left lane waiting for the same jerks to squeeze their way back in before hitting the orange construction barrels. 2.Turn signals are clues as to your next move. A real Detroit driver never uses them. 3.Under no circumstances
I guess when you say your day is gonna be crappy you ain't lying. I'm glad it wasn't worse. Hope today is better.
I just came across the following after reading Tova's post: Some of the shock was over the admission price. While widely advertised as $25, the real cost is $75. Yes, it costs $25 to walk on Skywalk, but you first need to pay $50 to get on the reservation Looks like I'm going to have to take a good digital camera with me because at those prices Rose will be waiting back at the car. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/ju/T_JU/smiles/Laugh.gif" b
"Dangerous Animals Ban Heads for Debate"-- It's good to see it's not only humans that talk out of their asses. "WHO Says Organ Demand Outstrips Supply"-- I'm going to ask Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, but I'm pretty sure The Who never even had a keyboard player. "Bear Man Faces Hate-Crime Charges"-- All charges were dismissed against the bear man because
Maybe I can convince Chris to go sometime. You know I don't need convincing. Any excuse to get closer to Vegas is okay with me. Plus you know what I want to do with you on that walkway.
Exactly... It is completely up to the reader's interpretation. One of the reasons I didn't like studying poetry (or at least, found it frustrating) was first being told the metaphors used were open to my interpretation but when I interpreted them the way I read them, I was told I was wrong. Used to frustrate the heck out of me. Very cool. Poems I like the best are the ones where every reader gets something different from it. In fact, even the same reader coul
Prose or poem. Both? And nice thoughts at that I enjoyed it. Nice thoughts indeed.
I think it would've been way better with name calling and punches flying. I wonder who would be favorite in a fight. Name calling I would go with O'Reilly. Punches I wouldn't know who to go with. Now on shows like that you would rarely take the liberal to win in a fistfight. I don't think Alan Colmes could beat up Sean Hannity or I don't see Michael Kinsley putting a beat down on Pat Buchanan. But maybe Geraldo could win that one. Plus I heard Bill isn't a fighter, he's a lover. Well at least, o
In the eyes of most people what are fans of metal suppose to look like? I'll be very curious how people would answer that. To me, both you and your brother look metal. But again I only seen one pic and I've read alot of your articles so maybe that has something to do with it. I remember when I got Radiohead tickets some years back and people told me I didn't look like someone who would like Radiohead. Then at a poker tournament last year, a guy sitting at my table told me the same thing
The first time I discovered Youtube I spent hours in there.
Happy Birthday, Trudy and Ted. Hope your day went well.
At least she called you a cool character from a great movie. It could've been a lot worse. Some women have told me my eyes look good when the light hits them just right. They must like brown and red. The best compliment I got was when a woman told me, and she wasn't be sarcastic, that I was good looking from far. The closer I got the less interested she became. <img src="http://images.st
I wouldn't like to see machines call strikes or balls, either. I think the biggest problem both pitchers and batters have with the home plate ump is if they're consistent or not calling pitches. If a pitcher hits the outside corner and it's called a strike he's going be angry if the same pitches later on are called balls. Pitchers will adjust to a strike zone provided the umpire's strike zone (no matter the size) is unchanging. Minuscule strike zones made add to home run totals, but I t
"Aspirin Protects Women From Dying of Any Cause"-- Unfortunately some husbands will still hear, "Not tonight, Dear I have a headache"
LW: That's a good idea! I wouldn't even have to tell the truth, just start making up some horrible stuff until they leave. Brilliant! and evil! bwuahahahha. But if it's funny doesn't it trump it being evil? It's what I always thought. Maybe that's why I've always gotten in trouble.
I use to work with a guy back in my teen years. He was old (probably in his 40s or 50s, but that is old to a teen). Anything you said to him his response was always the same. 'Fine, Fine, and you?'. You could ask him about the weather - and that was always his response. Maybe when you get a certain age you get set in your ways and always give the same answer. My parents go to the movies twice a week. My brothers and I would always crack up at my dad becau
