There is a Military Tech that gives War College and Fleets Civilization Priority, but there doesn't seem to be explanation of what this 'priority' does. Tooltip only repeats name. Can you help?
What am I missing? Lady Irane has an attack of 10 with a caster staff, accuracy 91, crit chance 10, take aim, precision +5, Assassin strike. If I auto resolve the battle and then look at the details of the battle it says she is hitting targets with 30-38 points of damage! I tried the same battle manually and even with a 43 strength attack i got 12 damage once. Do i have to be closer to get the numbers above? I have an economic starbase next to earth with 14% bonus for manufacturing and research. I see this message 14% production/research bonus on the details tab for Earth but not sure how much it is contributing. The boost does not show up in the summary tab nor in the planet view directly. I counted that my industry has 44 mp and research has 40tp, exactly what i see when I examine/tabulate the buildings there. Where and how much is the 'boost'?
I thought I remember seeing a break down of victory types for all the games in the metaverse by percentage (you know conquest wins 25% vs research vs influence). I would like to know which ones seem to be the fewest ones accomplished
