Thank you, for this. I found the folder, but I could not direct the installer to the program, it kept looking for a .msi file. When I clock on the .exe for the x64 version, I get another installer box that is telling me it is on a CD-Rom. Do I need to uninstall the version of VC Redist I have now and then run it again? You may not know the answer, but why does it keep asking for a .msi file?
I noticed that every time I ran Galactic Civilizations III after the Intrigue update, I would get, on Steam, one of those "running first time installer" messages, but then it would open a box for me to direct the program to where the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 Minimum Runtime - 14.0.23918 disk was located. I have the most recent version of Visual C++, so how do I get this message to go away? I cannot seem to find the Visual C++ file that the game is asking for. Is this re

Recently, I started Galactic Civilizations III after the Intrigue update and I noticed I was getting three error messages about three civilizations/factions were missing or the game couldn't identify the attached shipset to these civilizations. My issue is that I can't find where these civilizations are to correct this, so every time I start GalCiv3 I keep seeing the same error message.
