So sorry to say, but for me here in Germany the site runs REMARKABLY slower now. I've got DSL3000 and up to now the site was always loading fast. But now it's really laggy for me. Any idea why??

Hey guys. I just wanted to ask whether or not it is anyhow possible to blur titlebars and window borders, for example in the "dreamland" skin. I managed to blur the taskbar via 'BackgroundEffect=10' but it doesn't work for other things Please help! Greetings
