if thats a cheap tactic and u feel no satisfaction from doing that then dont use it, the devs will c this and will adjust the values of the spin control center accoringly so that this cheap a tactic wont work

aftermarket fans r probably ur best route for only 30-20 bucks (US) you can get a pretty good quiet fan and keep your video card a couple degrees cooler for instance when i played oblivion with my stock fan on the video card i reached 110 degrees farenheight on my vid card, and then it crashed now with this new fan from newegg im ideling out at 35 usually and play oblivion at 50 plus its quieter so its an extra bounus <img src=

plus in the late games if u really want to turn planets into production planets just do rush buy, usually in the late games i have enough $ so that i can rush buy 2 to 3 factories per turn without doing any leases and jumpstart planets that i ahve just concored or course i play on a gigantic map with tons and tons of planets so it will probably be harder to do this on smaller maps but it is a strategy to consider

sooner or later someone will mod it in as a ship but right now all they have is a mod that makes a planet look like a deathstar

why would it require espianoge to c war declarations? i mean when ships begin to blow eachother up then u know who is at war with who plus since u can always just go to the relations screen to c who is at war with who why do u have to spend money to have a popup tell u whos at war when u can just check the diplomacy screen every turn?
