jennifer1, it doesn't matter if it is on your blog or not to me. They told us to stop. Not make up, not apologize, not demand apologies, not have make-up sex. They told us to STOP. yep, it's ridiculous that you brush off the quotes because there wasn't an election that particular day, or because you believe Dems with a vested interest in their party counterparts winning wouldn't be playing to the upcoming election. Re: the blog being about Republicans... It sounded like the question was one of credibility. I can't see how Bush's opponents in this have any more than Bush. You neglect to point out that inflation surged to over 7% after the wage hikes in 90 and 91. It didn't recover to 1990's level until 1996, and then we were in the bloom of the tech boom. If you look at the great depression, you'll find inflation and prices to be fairly low. Obviously, people losing their jobs and not having money causes prices to drop.
