There is a WMP developer SDK. When they first started 7 they had a lot of video you could download and watch from the developers themselves, I dunno if they offer it now. If you go by the general flow of the site, no. I'm 99% positive all the app icons here weren't made after receiving permission. I think the policy is that you are using whatever icon you make *for* that app, so it is 'fair use' (wink wink, nudge nudge). So if you are asking if it is okay to put app icons in your suites, i'd say *here* yes, but technically, no. 30,000 downloads of a 10k html file is 300,000k, or roughly 300 megs. What the real problem is, though, is thousands of useless hits every three minutes. Doesn't really matter if it is 1k or 100, paying for a pipe that would allow tens of thousands of people to connect to your site simulatenously isn't gonna make you happy, especially if many/most are never seeing your content or clicking your ads.
