if i keep trying i occasionally get a message about my account. but clicking on 'retry' will give me the windows 'application error' could it be my odnt subscription has expired?
ran sdcentral today...it updated automatically, but on restart, i get the windows 'application error' when it tries to login... re-running gives me the same error.
i just downloaded 'iskin' by 'judge and deggy' from the wincustomize site. as far as i can tell it looks exactly like the 'QTy X' skin, by ryoujin. i can't remembe where i got the latter though...

i made a tough decision today i don't use windows much at all, i was using win98 for the little work in windows that i DID do. i specifically upgraded to win2k so that i could get the benefit of the new features of windowblinds (that's how much i like windowblinds i can see the writing on the wall....
i'm doing what i want for a living...freelance programming, i pick and choose the projects i want, i get to work at home...usually in my jammies

i run most of the stardock stuff on a pII/350 with 384meg ram on win2k...my gfx card is only an 8meg ati 3d rage pro. if i really crank up winfx i see some graphics slow down, but nothing i can't live with
my cruising speed is 125wpm...even with typos, (taking off the required 10wpm per typo) i never drop below 75...when i'm inspired i can do 175wpm...
i've got a palm IIIe, a visor, and a ipaq 3830 (i think that's the model) i bought them all for the same reason, put my access book database on them, reading newsgroups, email on the road. it was much easier putting the access database on the pocketpc. it's my portable database pda of choice now...i don't like the fact that i'm tied to outlook, but what can you do. i think it's easier to get a pocketpc connected wirelessly then it is a palmpilot...i like the ipaq expan

i don't feel the need to own a gun...i was a collector. some where never even fired. but i'm in canada, and our gun laws are pretty heavy, and in a wee bit of a mess right now... i just sold over 20 firearms as i couldn't be bothered with the mounting paperwork... either way, as far as i know criminals STILL don't have to follow the gun laws <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/
i think it's a good sign when you see flaws posted in opensource software...they get fixed that way... microsoft hasn't proven themselves the leader of the security pack lately... either way those of use who need to work on windows will continue to do so...
windowblinds hasn't never been unloaded since i subscribed to odnt...and i usually have winfx loaded off and on i used wbiff, kaos, rainlender, winamp...
