I get the same problem with the Retro skin that WB5 registered comes with and applies by default on install. My taskbar's on the left, and the "Taskbar not on top - Apply - Taskbar on Top - Ok" doesn't fix the issue. I want my taskbar visible at all times, so having the taskbar auto-hide is not an option for me, though this does resolve the issue. If I put my taskbar on the right side, maximize works correctly.
