Word Files Won't Open from Dock? in ObjectDock WinCustomize Forums

When I put shortcuts to specific Word files on my objectdock, clicking on them just opens up Word, but not the documents themselves. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks for any advice anyone can give me.

How to Get Rid of Start Button? in ObjectDock WinCustomize Forums

So with the help of objectdock and this great forum, I've just about completely transformed my desktop. But I can't figure out how to get rid of the Windows Start button and that whole bottom bar. I realize I can use autohide, but I'm trying to get rid of it altogether so I can put my objectdock on the bottom of my screen ... Is there any way to do this? I'm running Win 2000 by the way. EDIT: If I can't get rid of it altogether, how can I strip it as

New user here. Just downloaded the free version, still trying to figure it out ... What I'd like to do is get rid of most if not all of my Windows 2000 icons and replace them with ObjectDock, but I can't figure out how to do that with the Windows Start button/taskbar ...
