I called support today and the guy I talked to said he'd get back to me after talking to the developer... well, they didn't get back to me-- but an update was released on Stardock Central a few hours after that, and it works now.

Yeah, I just bought it today... for ThinkSync, and I really need it to sync outlook and my files for school across my desktop and laptop I really hope this isn't something that is going to happen often... I'm really going to need it to work...
