I've been actually very successful with my strategy, were you? And from your point of view, it seems like mindless usage of abilities instead of conserving mana. And you should actually choose favor items according to your opposing teams setup.
Can you give an example of this? When would it be better to take one item instead of antoher based off of an opposing demigod choice?

I just gave this concept a spin. The combo of the wand / favor item was really intriguing. I was able to soak up lane traffic for 'endless' amounts of time and still had pleanty left to fend off unwanted foes. The wand a bit later helped the retreat when things got dicey. I ran with the boots / wand and reccomend that. It seems everyone is up on speed and having a tad extra kept me alive when DG's wondering why I'm soaking endless cash came calling. <p

This is interesting because I've seen quite a few people saying you should stay with one side as a primary and I tend to agree. Just seeing ANY comment about a wounded Demigod would be fantastic. Actually ANY communication other than, "OMFG! *Random Demigod* is so overpowered!" would be phenominal. I realize the game is new and everyone is just trying out strategies and getting a basic understanding of the game however, some communication goes a long way to learning and get this - winning! I know, it's total garbage and I'm a noob that need to learn to win on his own

It's kind of amazing to see the massive variance of Oak players. I've found a ton of luck with nothing but Raise Dead, pest and soul power. The build isn't strong until mid game when it really becomes a fun way to play. I'll use siege minions early and get the priests later. The key to early survival is shield - early kills come along with pestilence. Generally Oak needs a bit of backup early game so run with your teammates until you can get your legs. Yo

Sheesh. The comments are funny but my lord, there is room for both Consoles and PC gamers folks. I all but abandoned my PC and picked up Console gaming when the Dreamcast was forged, mostly because of the ease of play. ( and Soul Calibur ) Put the game in, play the game. There was no need to upgrade endless drivers, worry about minimum specs or what version of DirectX I had loaded, annual graphics card upgrades etc. The console world has many good points and some fantastic g
