DobbinsRingy: Did you get a response from one of our technical support representatives yesterday around 11AM EST? I am going to send a follow-up email to you containing another link through which you can download impulse. For the standard Object Desktop subscriptions (as opposed to ultimate subscriptions), you will need to use Impulse to download the software. As you've witnessed, Stardock Central will not recognize those types of subscriptions. Once you have

1.21 is the latest :CONGRAT: Quite a few changes since 1.2, including the informative notification window (popup above the system tray). I still need to check out that new monitor sharing feature (Under add secondary dialog within primary's Multiplicity Config dialog) would work great for my setup at home! -Mike

Corey Malone 1: My apologies for your troubles. I assure you the lack of response to your ticket was unintentional. I have been unable to find your ticket within the support system. I have sent you a private message here asking for some other information regarding your open ticket. -Mike
I'm interested to know why you folks call him Jesh...at first, I thought it was a typo, but you all do it. Is it a nick you have for him?
Thats what he wants to be called... it's a fusion of his first and last name.

Darken: Were you possibly submitting tickets through our old system? Please be sure to use https://esupport.stardock.com (new address) to submit tickets. This is now hosted at Stardock and is a more permanent solution than the previous implementation. S J N: Could you please submit one of your emails to https://esupport.stardock.com ? (Click Submit a ticket at the bottom) &n

cephead: I believe you're able to view the source code in sidebar gadgets. That said, you can fire up DesktopX and import any included code or graphics, then export that as an object or widget. Of course you would be unable to redistribute this, as it would violate WC policies, but for personal use it should not be an issue. Unfortunately there is no kind of one-click converter, though it would be nice ;) -Mike

Susan: You're able to save your RightClick settings by backing up the desktopmenu.obbar file, RightClick.ini file and the Bars subfolder (includes submenus). -Mike

Ichi: For rightclick, try running this file: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/startup_rc.bat (Note: You will want to click this link from within Internet Explorer) As for DesktopX, individual widgets can be set to autostart if you right click on them. You can alternatively just throw these into the Start Menu startup folder, as this is where they end up anyway when set to autostart. -Mike

Heinrich: For your first problem, I would suggest contacting [email protected] . They will be able to help you with this problem. You will want to give them both of your email addresses and if you could write in from your paypal one, that may help. On the issue with IconPackager, you will want to wait until the next update of IconPackager. This will include support for Vista x64 systems and should run much better for you. What is happen

Philly0381: It was a ticket number as the thread title. Hornet08: Not a descriptive post to those that generally hang out here ;p Besides, this problem is not something that could have been self-helped. I had to merge your two accounts, which calls for access to the customer database. Should be all set now though :CONGRAT: -Mike

Just so everyone is aware, the support system is back up and working much better now that it's hosted locally. :CONGRAT: (Has been up for a little while, actually). Any emails that had been submitted after the initial system was taken down would have been stored on the Stardock mail server until the new system went up and began fetching, so no need to worry about anything having been lost ;) -Mike

Peter: I have reset your activation count so you should be all set there. Regarding the ODNT subscription. I would not be concerned about this. I am experiencing the same problem in my own account and have reported this with the developers. It's my assumption that since you were a pre-existing Object Desktop subscriber, you will be automatically upgraded to Object Desktop Ultimate and therefore are not a standard Object Desktop subscriber anymore (you would prefer Ultimate anyway, it'

karps: Had you written in directly to [email protected] ? From my experience here, sales is actually very fast at answering emails, so if you've been sitting for a while without a response, that would likely indicate your email had never made it through. My suggestion would be to create a new ticket here: https://www.stardock.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=subm

I didn't see the option for YES!! ;) Having some kind of a gallery dedicated to phones (whether it be wallpapers, skins, ringtones, etc) is something I feel WinCustomize is missing. We all have cell phones... why not extend the sphere of customization? Sure it won't be for everyone, but that's why users have the ability to customize which galleries show up in the lis
