Are you saying that a problem you were experiencing was that the cursor's z-ordering ended up putting it behind other windows? This is actually a problem with the layered windows api that many applications use. For example, you can reproduce this problem between video players and winamp. RightClick would probably not help bring up the display properties dialog anyway, as this really just gives you a customizable right click menu when you right click the desktop. One thing that appears out of place is your wbui.dll file, which may very well be the culprit here. Try uninstalling WindowBlinds, restart the computer, ensure that file is not there after restarting and then try reinstalling it. It is not possible to (through scripts or otherwise) change the functionality of objects that are utilizing the DXPlayer. Scripting support of objects utilitizing DXPlayer is somewhat limited. When you don't use the .States("...") method, it will just have you access whatever method is linked to the currently active state. This is an issue with DreamScene as all video .dream files are sent to DreamScenes for rendering. (Hence why you have to have this installed as a prerequisite to using video .dream files with DeskScapes). Try installing another MPEG-2 codec. Ritho: It's not necessary to connect to the internet even after you've installed Stardock Central. Let it error out and/or cancel out of any dialogs that say it's trying to connect and it should still open. It will just have a Login Failed indicator to the right of SDC's status bar.
