Norton Ghost does not provide any system security that I am aware of. It only provides the option to backup and restore file images. Because of this, I doubt Norton Ghost is the cause of your issues. Do you have any other Symantec software installed? Whatever the program that would be preventing access, you should be able to change a setting in the program to override this obviously unsolicited protection. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Which docklets were you using? (could you provide a link?) You might try updating to the latest version of MSN, though this might not have a bearing on your issue. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Object Desktop itself is not a program, but is rather a collection of programs. I assume you're referring to IconPackager in your situation. Try this: Load IconPackager Click Tools->Rebuild Icon Cache Click Tools->Repair Icon Images Click "Yes" to the prompt that comes up. At this point, the icon images should all be loaded. If you are having problems with one specific icon, it might even be easier

I'm not completely following your situation but here are two things that can help clarify: 1. Start->Run diskmgmt.msc go fullscreen and take a screenshot (alt+printscrn), then upload to a file server (ie http://www.putfile.com/ ) and embed the image here with the image button. 2. Start->Run %systemdrive%\boot.ini and copy/paste the contents here. Have you tried uninstalling BootSkin and reinstalling it? Doing this <i

You can click the line in the image preview that says, "Click here to download free skins!" or you can open up the WindowBlinds Configuration window (by clicking the WindowBlinds button) and click on the taskbar in the image preview where it says, "Wincustomize.com" -Mike [Stardock Support]

There have been many updates to WindowBlinds 5 since the initial release. Beta 2 (4.95) marked a milestone in the beta development cycle. 4.96b is the latest update, but is still considered Beta 2. If the SDC uninstall hangs, hold CTRL+SHIFT and press ESC. Click the "Processes" tab and click "Image Name" to sort the list by name. Select SDMCP.exe and click "End Process" and then click "Yes" on the messagebox that pops up. You should now be able to uninstall Stardock Central. -

Have you tried unchecking the drop shadow setting, applying, resetting the drop shadow setting and applying? Registry settings for this and the other effects seem easily modifiable on first glance: hklm\software\microsoft\windows\explorer\visualeffects But editing these settings has as much effect as editing the settings for folder views (futile). If it were either WB or WFX that caused the problem, were you to reinstall and then uninstall the program, your i

Using System restore is a gamble to say the least. If any files are not reverted back to that date, the program could be calling dll functions that don't exist and cause all sorts of mayhem. I'd recommend uninstalling WindowBlinds, restarting, reinstalling and restarting to see if that resolves your problem. Running a program which integrates into Explorer could run you into any number of problems when running WindowBlinds, but how do you mean Turnpike "is integrated" though? Do you m

As you might've already been aware, the ObjectDock development team is actively searching for a solution. The problem is intermittent as I've failed to reproduce it here (had no issues) which will make it harder to resolve. If you are experiencing this issue, you will unfortunately have to close out of ObjectDock while using PowerDVD. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Unfortunately there is currently no way to achieve what you request as the purpose of ObjectBar is to replace the Start Bar. However, you could run WindowFX (Disable all other features of WFX if you prefer not to run it otherwise) and have it alter the maximum window size. By enabling this option, you can run your dock and the windows won't get in the way. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Which version of Windows (including service packs) is installed on your system? Which videocard (and driver revision) do you have installed? In the future, if you ever need to remove a Stardock program and are unable to by conventional means, you might want to try ODNT_Zapper >. -Mike [Stardock Support]

It doesn't look like the ToonXP theme is packaged with ThemeManager. Your installation of the suite should not affect your existing version of ThemeManager. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Did you "delete the program" or uninstall the program? Clearing out the cache should resolve your issue. See this http://corkyo.wincustomize.com/Articles.aspx?AID=82461 for a step-by-step guide. -Mike [Stardock Support]
