I'm unable to see either of your images. Did you get the link right? Could you maybe post to another website? You could try putfile.com. Doesn't require signing up if the file is under 2mb, which it should be. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Try running silent runners and post your logfile on a site and link to it here. Have you experienced this issue with your system freezing when Stardock Central is not installed? Are you hearing any clicking sounds coming from your computer? What version of Windows (including service packs) are you running? -Mike [Stardock Support]

This issue sounds like the fault of the Media Player program. Have you tried other comparable programs to see if they produce the same result? -Mike [Stardock Support]

So on startup Windows attempts to update your graphics driver, but doesn't find anything? It sounds like you should just manually load the newest driver for your videocard. Which videocard are you running and which version? Also which version of Windows (including service packs) are you running? -Mike [Stardock Support]

Is there a space where your icon should be, or is it just completely not present? I know you said it was random, but which icons has this happened with? Have you consistently run into this issue or has it been intermittent? -Mike [Stardock Support]
