By "running indicators" do you mean the taskbar or system tray? As far as which setting to change, you should ask in the OS Customization forum if you do not get an answer here as anything user created is unfortunately not supported. Taking screenshots on a multiple monitor display is interesting I must admit...though It's usually easier if you hold "Alt" while pressing "Print Scrn" as this will only take a screenshot of the currently active window. Rather than pressing the "Show Desktop" button or Windows+D, press Windows+M to minimize your windows. By "Showing the desktop" Windows just draws your desktop on top of everything else and will cover any other customizations you may have running. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Unfortunately there is currently no method to give Right Click the Windows context menu functionality. However, if you hold the "Control" key down while right clicking, you can bypass the Right Click menu and gain access to the default Windows context menu.
