Make sure to grab your jacket, it's currently 36ºF and foggy in Debrecen, Hungary. It's possible the weather server was temporarily down or had connection problems. Are you still having this issue? -Mike [Stardock Support]

Thank you for your feedback. This is actually a known issue that is problematic at Microsoft's end. Since it is unfortunately not 100% reproducable, it's a little harder to track down and fix. Please do know that we are looking for ways to reproduce this issue or even determine the cause so we may contact Microsoft about it. -Mike [Stardock Support]
Check your startup folder: Start->All Programs (or Programs if in classic mode)->Startup and verify neither is listed. If they are, just delete them as they're only shortcuts here. (Note: if you are running windows 2000, you will not have msconfig loaded by default. You should be able to download this .exe file from many sites, just try a search on google for "msconfig"). Check msconfig: Start->Run, then type msconfig and press enter. Click on the Startup tab
Ouch, that font's hard on the eyes. Speakers don't need any software or drivers to run, they [i]receive[/i] a signal from the computer and process that themselves. To find out information about your soundcard (among other things), go to Start->Run and type in "dxdiag" and press enter. Click "No" if it asks about checking for WHQL, it will just take longer and is not necessary. If you're trying to fix your computer's sound, you should first check to see that the drive
scorpio-logic: It might not be fully compatible, but it doesn't make sense that Thorston would come across a program crash only when printing. Methinks it has something to do with the proprietary Lexmark software. I believe that by adding the printer through the Printers/Faxes interface and only loading the drivers (no Lex-ware) this problem might be averted. -Mike [Stardock Support]
I actually use the google toolbar and have WindowBlinds running...no problems here. What are some of the skins you have tried applying when you encountered this problem? Also, could you post a screenshot? If you don't already have a method to do this, you can upload your images to a free fileserver . -Mike [Stardock Support]
XenaWP: Currently Multiplicity only supports either a horizontal or vertical monitor setup, but what you request is already a planned (possibly already internally implemented) feature in a future release, so don't despair! -Mike [Stardock Support]
Mr Urgo: This might be due to the fact that you have two Stardock.net accounts. They are sharing your email address, but not your Stardock.net info or your Registration info. Please send an email to [email protected] and let us know which sd.net account you would like to retain. We can merge the rest of the information. -Mike [Stardock Support]
Though I'm not a skinner, I've previously been the recipient of criticisms for my work; in fact, I think we ALL have at one point or another. Nothing is a bigger waste than slamming one or more aspects of a work without backing your opinion up with an explanation. If you've taken the time to give a low rating, you obviously want something changed. Why not let the author know, so they can create skins that are optimal in everyone's eyes? Thanks for the post, scorpio-logic
Please send an email into [email protected] with your serial number (keycode) and (if possible) your scanned receipt. -Mike [Stardock Support]
so if they can save them in the build why can't I? Unfortunately we do not officially support anything user created. If you do not receive a response here, you might want to try posting in the OS Customization forums. <TABLE cellp
I've created a support ticket for your problem. You will receive an email containing the relavent information. -Mike [Stardock Support]
Maybe unplug your cpu fan? -Mike [Stardock Support]
Is this a consistent issue? To disable clipboard sharing, please double-click the multiplicity icon in your system tray, and click the "interface" tab. At the bottom of that page, uncheck "Enable clipboard sharing." By disabling this, you can at least see if this what was causing the problem. If so, it will help in narrowing down the problem. I've forwarded your post to the development team. -Mike [Stardock Support]
Mr Dolenur: I've reset your activation count. mark7649: I read your post in the other Activation thread and have reset your count already. -Mike [Stardock Support]
javrs: You have not exceeded your activation limit, but I have reset your count anyway. mark7649: Your Stardock.net account and registration information has been merged into one record. Additionally, I have reset your activation count. darkening: You have not exceeded your activation limit, but I have reset your count anyway. -Mike [Stardock Support]

I'm not following when you say the icons are not loading up. Do you see a blank space where the icons should be? Which programs is this occuring with? Could you submit a screenshot to help illustrate your problem? -Mike [Stardock Support] &n
Well seeing as how Yahoo Briefcase does not want to comply, you could alternatively send an email into [email protected] and attach the file in an email. This is actually our official line of support. -Mike [Stardock Support]
Stardock Central was developed in C++. Anything Delphi related in it's directory is there for the programs that were written in Delphi. -Mike [Stardock Support]
Thorsten: As Lantec said, we are going to try to have your problem occur over here, so we can look into it and determine the cause. Could you acquire a screenshot of the problem occuring, upload it to a fileserver here , and reference it in your reply? Could you also run Silent Runners and do the same with that output file? -Mike [Stardock Support]
