That was the problem I found in yesterdays version of Pro and that's why I changed the name to 'Sailors Delight'. I noticed the problem when I saved it twice...1st folder name was 'SDb' and second was 'SD1'...that shouldn't happen. If you get this name thingy together (and it might be already) then the upload is good to go You want an awful lot for Christmas... <A HREF="https://ww

...saved as a zip/wba and clicked on it. All files installed in WB folder. Hit WB config and it loaded like a charm....one thing I did not have to do this time (for whatever reason) is change the name. Leave it as is. BTW....nice skin <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="ab

Went to sleep too late.... I don't have a copy of the Standard SS (although I believe there was an update to the model today), but in the Pro when you save it , it saves it to the WB folder as an install (which it wasn't doing prior to todays Pro update). When you bring up WB config and click 'Sailors Delight' it applies the skin....I get no errors, but it still doesn't show the preview. ...give me a minute and I'll make a .wba in Pro and see what happens <BR

As reference...when you use Spybot it gives you the option to save changes and if something goes wrong then you can simply hit the 'restore' last change option and you'll be right back where you were before you deleted anything.

Michael...it's not you. There are still gremlins in the library update features. Some get it and some don't...you happen to be in the latter group. It will be fixed, just hang in there and all will be ironed out. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinBro

Tom.....sent the error message to you. I don't think the problem you're having with loading skins has anything to do with this. After 'trolling' NGs and chat it appears any number of people are having problems similar to yours (not being able to install new skins) and have either retreated back to release version or lived with the skins they have installed already...which in itself isn't a bad thing (I have a ton already installed)

When it's all said and done...you will be better off to un-install all Stardock proggies (including SDC) and then re-boot and re-install SDC and then the other proggies you want. It sounds like a lot of work but it's not and then you know everything is where it should be...well worth the small effort. Here's where you get a fresh copy of SDC https://www.stardock.com/sdnet_login.asp <img src="http://im

Upload it as a zip with a notation in the comments that it must be un-zipped to a folder and then installed using the import function in WB config...it's a pain, but you'll get your skin up until we figure out what's up with SS that it's not saving it correctly for auto install...I don't think it's special to your system...I think it's an SS problem that will have to be resolved and I doubt you want to wait. ....to answer your question...open your WB and try to import it...should work<b

Stephen - The only dumb question is the one you don't ask...nuf said on that. You can just delete the folder and if your not getting any conflicts (problems) with the version you're running then your Registry is fine and you're go to go <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="a
