First dl and save the icon package to your hard drive and then double click on it to load it into IconPackager. This always works for me..

I checked that site, and not only does the author apparently give no credit to Treetog or Pixtudio, but also the download file is titled '65873.exe' There could be anything in that file I would never trust it!
