Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Bryce, Gimp, Lightwave... I'm sure there are others I can't think of right now.

King Crimson - "Happy Family" - 'Lizard' - 1970 "Uncle Rufus grew his nose, threw away his circus clothes Cousin Silas grew a beard, drew another flask of weird Nasty Jonah grew a wife, Judas drew his pruning knife Happy Family, one hand clap, four went on but none came back."
Why was Hawaii a mistake...? I've always longed to go there....
Lady Of The Dancing Water "Grass in your hair stretched like a lion in the sun Restlessly turned moistened your mouth with your tongue. Pouring my wine your eyes caged mine glowing Touching your face my fingers strayed knowing. I called you lady of the dancing water. Blown autumn leaves shed to the fire where you laid me Burn slow to ash just as my days now seem to be. I feel you still always your eyes glowing Remembered hours salt, earth and flowers

King Crimson - "Cirkus" - 'Lizard' - 1970 "Elephants forgot, force-fed on stale chalk, Ate the floors of their cages. Strongmen lost their hair, paybox collapsed and Lions sharpened their teeth. Gloves raced round the ring, stallions stampeded Pandemonium seesaw... I ran for the door, ringmasters shouted, "All the fun of the Cirkus!" <img src="http://images.stardock.com/ima
My father smoked two or three packs of unfiltered cigarettes a day when he was younger, quit smoking many years ago, he is now 76 years old and is on oxygen. I'm afraid he's not much longer for this world, and it scares bloody hell out of me....
I've never been a cigarette smoker, I think that has helped a lot...
Aerobic exercize is extremely important as you get older... Keeps the heart, lungs and circulatory system functioning properly.
I believe in regular exercize, good diet and vitamins and natural supplements. I work out three times a week at my health club, and thank God, my health is very good...

Sally, I would guess that as long as it was an uncorrupted registry backup, a lot of small changes happened, mostly cosmetic things, but no major problems....
Hell Dragon, does that Reg Compact program work for XP?
And also, Norton Windoctor does not remove all traces of uninstalled programs. This is why it becomes necessary to do this sort of thing manually.
I also use Windoctor, but I always choose the option to let me make the changes. Don't just let Windoctor make the recommended changes automatically, they aren't always right!
That's good, K.. just be patient and careful and you'll be fine. Also, make sure you backup the registry before you make any changes to it. I doubt if I needed to tell you that, just want to make sure you stay on the safe side... <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powe
What I like to do is after I uninstall a program I search through the registry for any mention of that program and manually delete them. I don't trust any registry fix programs because they have messed me up in the past.
Well, you came to the right place actually, Vamp_X... I don't know the answer myself, but if you wait I'm sure someone will be able to help you with that before very long.
An orphaned path is probably related to a program that you uninstalled so should be safe to delete. A word of caution... be very careful about what you let the registry fix program do, it could completely bollocks up the works... I can see you are being careful though, so that's very good!... <img src="http://images.stardock.co
So glad you like my selections, Ms. Xerraire!....Thanks for taking the time to comment...
Walk Between The Raindrops "A shadow crossed the blue Miami sky As we hit the causeway by the big hotels We fought Now I can't remember why After all the words were said and the tears were gone We vowed we'd never say goodbye When we kissed we could hear the sound of thunder As we watched the regulars rush the big hotels We kissed again as the showers swept away the Florida shore You opened your umbrella But we walked between the raindr
"Lullaby Golden slumbers kiss your eyes, Smiles awake you when you rise. Sleep, pretty wantons; do not cry, And I will sing a lullaby: Rock them, rock them, lullaby. Care is heavy, therefore sleep you; You are care, and care must keep you. Sleep, pretty wantons; do not cry, And I will sing a lullaby: Rock them, rock them, lullaby. --- Thomas Dekker <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=full&NewsID=913
