Thanks for the workaround :) What i had hoped to see in the spying section was what you have included and the inclusion of a system that upon placing spies on a planet you could choose whether to nulify the building or actively try and tech steal from the base tech of the building you placed the agent on. IE if you placed an agent on a factory you got 'X' percentage chance of stealing a production tech etc... That said i am happy to see the new ve

Looking for SG1 Daedalus ship for TA in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

I was wondering if the guys that did the SG1 mod have a version of their fantastic Daedalus ship that can be used in a TA Metaverse game as a standard template. Its always seemed strange to me when people say they hate the mega events as i love them. Sure they can wreck a perfectly planned game, but that is what they are there for. I must have a sadistic streak in me as i love having to come up with a fast plan to get myself out of trouble. Best of luck with the game though [e digicons]:cylon:[/e]

Great read. I too purchased the mag to get the booklet :) Laughed my butt off when i reached the end and the game crashed for him on the final turn. Hope he had a save game handy! He makes a good point about the spy system being a menace that i think we can all agree with (hopefully changing in 2.0) and just how annoying it is that you cant flip minors.
