Remember, GalCiv2 does not have borders. It has areas of influence. The line simply shows which race has the strongest influence in an area. It is not a political boundary. what do most people set their galaxy settings to? habitable planets, star density, technology rate, etc... i heard a few people use abundent everything but wouldnt that many habitable planets make for insane micromanagment on the largist maps?
