I'm with Em. We need some pics of the tat! And a nice synopsis of the night's events (as long as they're not . . . um . . . nasty!)

Porcupine Tree is definitely an acquired taste, but once you get into it, you'll be amazed. I'm glad you like Opeth, though. They really are the best of the best when it comes to metal.
Are you all sworn to secrecy, or do you each make a personal decision that it was too horrible to ever discuss? I think it's a personal thing. I was never sworn to secrecy or anything like that, it was just such a life-changing experience (in the scary way) that I don't talk about it. I will however t
Z Man - It sounds like you've got some leanings towards some great music. A lot of the bands that you've mentioned in your article used to be flagship bands for me - the ones that I held up as great rock and roll. But as time has gone on, and I've realized how simple and redundant (as a musician and musical theorist) popular rock music can be. Yet - it sounds like you're open to some new musical ideas. I just thought I'd name some bands t
Happy Birthday Mason! Hope it's a great one, with some great times.
Yeah, buddy. Walk away from MySpace. It's an ugly site, anyway. All pictures and ugly backgrounds and gifs that won't hold still and you just want to shoot them. I'll admit it, I have a page there, and all of my friends are people I know as well, but I contact them all - and I mean ALL - outside of MySpace, too. it's just a dumb jokey thing for most of us. Don't think that MySpace is real, 'cuz it's mostly just gay. <img src="../images/s
I'm like Amanda, I don't fear much, but . . . Once, when serving as a missionary for my church, I had to perform an exorcism. That's not a story I'll ever tell, and not one that should be told. Previous to this, I had no problems seeing any horror movie or reading things like that, but since that moment, when I realized that things like that really do take place and there are powers at work that terrify and torment, exorcism/demonic p
Hmm, I can commiserate with you on that one! Now that you've tagged me I can tell you all about it. Ooh, I'm glad I tagged you, Angela. I'm excited to hear what poor unfortunate things befell you . . . sorry if that's kinda morbid sounding. <img src="../images/smiles/lol.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle

"Chinga Te". Where I grew up, that was a common thing to hear, usually with tu madre, added. Shame on you both, and the same right back! Gringos feos . . . ¡jodeos! (Try to translate that one, it's Spain
These people all speak the truth, my dear, you're gorgeous! Hands down, one of the prettiest girls I've met through cyberspace. (You and Amanda being my two best examples . . .) I've never been a zitty person, but a lot of these people sound as if they know what they're talking about. I'd take all their advice.
I was thinking I might have escaped the whole "5 most embarrasing moments" thing. But as I was reading Island Gurl's blog (I've been out of town, of course) I saw that she'd tagged me. So here goes. 1. The one and only time I went commando at school I was like in eighth grade. (For those of you unfamiliar with the term, it's going without any undi
we have liberals here? bahahhhhhaaaa Hey, there's a few of us, but we stick to the shadows. I got crucified early on for getting involved in politics threads on this site, and now I like to stay away. You know how it is. <TABLE
New Mexico is some of the most savage, beautiful land in this whole country. I lived there for two years, and grew to really love the place, the climate, the people. Splendid views!
I'm the same way, Brad, but I've never thought of it that way. My feelings are hurt now. Thanks for the laugh, amisdt a whole lot of silly drama on this site today.
welcome back, and what a good friend to bluedev you must be. Friend, yes. But more of a brother. Kinda transcends the whole "friend" thing. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="mb-Body-Quote-T
Hey everyone! I'm back from a long trip out to NC to help BlueDev with the move to New Hampshire! And what an adventure it was. I'll post some of the photos I took as soon as I get around to it . . . (wow, that's really promising). But it was really fun, and a lot of work. Our half-day in DC was sure exciting, though. That's where all the pics are from, and m

And we're both amazingly talented, smart, and wildly attractive! (I mean, what? I didn't say that out loud did I? opps). Now that's a truth that I think that both of our significant others would voice their agreement with . . . love ya Manda. Glad we're twins! <img src="../images/smiles/lol.g
So you will get sick, and then she will have to baby you That would be the plan, but I'm flying out to North Carolina to help BlueDev with the move tomorrow . . . so in other words, if I do get sick, she's two thousand miles away. No babying. Too bad . . . <img src="../images/smiles/lol.gif" b
Hey Charissa! It's good to see you! She sure is a sweet girl. She's sick right now, and it's totally bumming us out. But I'm on my way over to take her some flowers and a get-well kiss!
I'm with Gid on this one. I think that he's the symptom, despite what BakerStreet has to say, there is always a bigger picture, whether we want to look at it or not.
I have to put a qualifier on any top ten list of movies or music, though. Although the favorites remain the same, their orders change often and can be indicative of my mood at the time. I'm with Gid on this one, but I'll submit my list as of right now . . . in no particular order, just how they come out
Thanks for the article, Angie. It was a nice moment. Glad to hear things are doing better than they have been.
