Many AV programs can be slow to determine specific signatures as safe. Often they will be working with the idea 'better safe than sorry' and auto-exclude signatures that are only similar but are actually different. That's the process referred to as 'false positive'. Bitdefender is better than some, in fact I used it for years...until the advent of Windows 7 for which it was too slow to become compatible so I moved to Kaspersky which had already adapted to '7'.
Did that warrant banning RND? Do you ban everyone that gets frustrated with support?
Yes. Stardock's sites [plural] are a work-place environment for Stardock Support staff and as such they need to be protected from abuse and personal attack. This is no different to any other workplace environment. We now have a mechanism in place to enable an automatic temporary ban to put a halt to such
Multi-linked sites do that now and then...it's those pesky cookies not catching up. If you systematically log out of all Stardock sites and back in...it 'should' resolve...;)

It's pointless in that conspiracy theorists will only see their own 'truth'. Anything that fails to fit their model of reality is simply wrong, so it's a waste of time debating logic or common sense as it is totally absent.

You simply disagree with the position regarding government overreach that others have posted in this thread.
No. There is a history of spam on this thread, all of whom have been removed and banned. It's a testament to our efficiency that you haven't seen them.
I'm only monitoring this thread as it is attracting spammers. It's otherwise pointless as a dialogue.
