Total ignition failure will mostly prevent airbags from deploying. What's not quite so 'OK' is the inability to steer. Lack of power assist should simply just make it heavier. Total inability implies the steering lock engaged...ie the ignition is off and the key is removed. If the prang is a result of a total failure of the ignition and steering lock then Toyota will need deep pockets..;)

I would expect that's just the limits being reached by the GPU under stress ...a visible indication of how far it's being pushed. Not a problem, just part of the process. You can always find another Benchmarking 'proggy' and see if the same effect is visible...;)
Yes, permission is mandatory. You can alter a skin for your own use, but by uploading it you would be 'copying and distributing', something only the copyright holder can consent to. "copyright" is a straight-forward term....it's the 'right' to 'copy'. Most established skinners will give consent, but it's never taken for granted without formal request...;)
Perhaps Discord could be a place for that with the occasional live stream where we can join in and follow along? And participate in a more better way than this ancient forum back end.
#skinners on EfNet ....;) [if I remember right]
It's certainly no fun getting electrocuted. I once had an 'issue' with a cordless drill's charger ....the muscle spasm had my arm aching for a week...;) Hopefully you're on the mend...;)

I think TPScroggins has explained things eloquently ...;)
To uninstall Windowblinds you first need to exit the program and revert to 'standard windows', then you can uninstall as easily as any other program. If you uninstall while the Windowblinds is still loaded the Windows shell won't recognize it has been removed and will still want to reload it on reboot. The solution is actually to reinstall, exit...and uninstall ...;)
Had me surprised too...was a massive code block about 6 or 7 meg ... but I got into 'edit' and the image was visible...so I downloaded it and converted to jpeg...and used it as a replacement ...;)
Brad...it took me a 'bit' ...but #37 broke the Internet [almost]...file was too big...;)
Carl...it all made sense to me... It's good to see that MS is indiscriminate with who or what it causes issues for with its new OS versions/updates...;)
My condolences, Jim.
Well...at least Bing has Penfolds...;)
Check the theme file's attributes...it may be read-only and can't be altered until you reset the attribute...;)

The commercial model hasn't worked? ....;)
As I'm still primarily on Win 7 ...I don't need Start 10/11 [but they are on other comps] ...so my number one thingie is Fences...;)
One of Doc's roles with Stardock/Wincustomise.com is to keep an eye out for relevant [to the skinning world] subject matter, and post articles about what's found, with links to 'whatever' for others to delve into deeper if they wish. It's a system that's working well....;) With regards to anything and everything 'dangerous' to the general user, such as links to dodgy sites [warez] or scripts/registry hacks ...there's no harm in their discussion ...only in their facilitation of
Does anyone have any tips or ideas?
Once upon a time, back in the beginnings of all sorts of shell modding applications various weather 'apps' were available freely for developers to adopt and include in their wares. Then slowly but surely they all progressed to a commercial model and started charging for the weather apps to be used. It simply became commercially unviable to provide a licensed app model into otherwise inexpensive products suc
if you call that a minor issue, then i have no other words to say anymore...
That would be nice. The person stating it is a minor issue as it does not impact functionality or cause crashes is the author of Windowblinds. You can take his opinion as gospel.
