Apprentrice Cavan1-- Thanks for replying.Yes some of the skins do state that they contain Icons,however I had not appreciated that some authors don't always use their own icons,and although in the screenshot they are not included.I am going to find a WB skin that states it has icons,d'load it and see what happens.Will get back to you,and thanks again.
Thanks for replying Daiwa. Yes I have IP installed and the relevant box is ticked in WB configuration-Basic settings,"IP required".Can't think of anything else I could have left undone.
When I d'load a new WB skin and it contains icons,do they self apply when the skin is applied, or do you have to apply them manually. Everything else seems to be ok except that part of the WB--the icons never appear and I can never find them Help.

Sir Bichur- Thanks for replying.No nothing is loaded and yes,I have DesktopX installed.I was wondering whether to uninstall it then reinstall to see if that will help.I have just tried to load "Goldenchild" DXTheme, via the Theme Manager,after I click "apply" Theme Manager window just disappears!!!!As far as I am aware I have all relevant programmes installed,oh just a thought, when trying to install "Bootskin" it would not install,kept telling me that

Having a problem with applying DXThemes and some Suites. After d'loading a skin I click apply in the Theme Manager,it appears to load then suddenly stops without completing the application--anything I could be doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
Just a query--anyone any idea why some skins,especially Suites just will not apply.I have no probs with anything else. What actually happens is,after d'loading the suite I click apply in the Theme Manager,it appears to be loading ok then it suddenly stops,I try a number of times then give up in sheer frustration.
Thanks again Sir Birchur. WB 5.0 was freezing,also was not allowing me into Windows Explorer--wierd,but ok now since I've been using WB4. Will give WB5.01,and no, I am not running the trial.Since changing to Firefox d'loading all the goodies from SDC is a breeze.

Hi there.I'm a new boy to WB, only been using it for a few weeks. To start with every thing worked smoothly,but yesterday I decided to upgrade to Object Desktop,and that's when my problems began,in every way!!!
