WB not Skinning OS looks like Pre XP in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

im running a fresh install of Vista 64, i installed WB yesterday and rebooted Several times instaling updates and programs, but my problem started once i instaled my Sound Drivers. every time i reboot now WB isnt skinning like it should be, i end up with no skin just a skinless os. how do i get WB to start when i boot up so it will skin vista. oh its not in Services when i looked i presume this is my problem, if how do i Fix that? im running wb 6.1

i seem to be having icon packager issues in the fact that it will not load in vista or XP i was running xp64 yesterday and it wouldnt load after a fresh download, same is happening now on a fresh vista instal the version ium using is 3.99.144 its kind of anoying is there a way of fixing this?

i have a problem with Punkbuster kicking me from call of duty 4 for having wb running, ive been on to punk buster and they have said that it is Windowblinds issue to fix or Contact them to help fix it .... i have to disable wb every time i want to play a game and as you can imaginge this gets old FAST!! it was fine untill they updated there software now it would seem its Your problem... acording to punkbuster. so pls HELP
