Game will not start in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hello the dubug message is below. i bought gal civ 2 on disk and loaded and played it fine. i have now bought both the expansion packs and both do the same thing. they both start and then immidiatly close. windows said it encountered a problem?I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it did not help. i am running 2 monitors if that changes anything. the same thing happened when i tried to run twilight. thank u for ur help Debug Message: Version v2.01 Dark Avatar last updated o
