i can't find a thread where it was mentioned what race shared the same hulls but if i'm not wrong this was the order drengin their own hull human and arceans shared the same hulls altarian drath korx shared the same hulls yor iconian same hull torian thalan same hull so after the bonus pack where it was added a personalized hull for altarian, terran and yor only torian and thalan and korx and drath shared the same hulls? i haven't yet the game so i can't be

after you download the bonus pack it automatically installs on your galciv2 directory or you need to move the bonus pack folder in the right folder of gc2? if the bonus pack is automatically installed there is anyway where i can save the content in a folder ?

a galacticopedia shouldn't contain only information about tech tree. in my opinion a galacticopedia which contains also informations about buildings, projects and core aspects of the game could be very good. if stardock could introduce in galacticopedia history about major civilizations and minor civilizations (which we don't know nothing about their history) it would be a memorable job from developers which all customers should never forget. anyway i prefer a galacticopedia very well

thank you it's very clear now. considering that u have no planetary slider for your production it isn't advisable to concentrate one planet on one field. for example if i have a planet with 12 pq it's better to build 5 manufacturing center, 4 research labs and 3 market center instead of building 12 research center because if u can only set overall production the specialization of a planet in a field could cost u a lot of production points. <img src="smiles/Hmm.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmidd

in another post one beta player said that in combat the ship with more HP is the first to be attacked. As said in this post the system would be so easily exploitable creating ship with a lot of defense and HP and few weapons, and ships with low defense and HP but with very good weapons. so the combat system functions in this way or it's wrong?could not be better that in combat system the ship attacked is random?

in my opinion this pact adds a lot to gameplay.first of all u choose to sign a mutual defense trade route pact so u weigh if this pact is convenient or not.secondly it adds complexity to diplomacy because relations are not only marked by treaty of alliance or friendship but also special relations based on trade; in a game with all major races and minor races selected it's very cool.in your reasoning u don't take in account that other races which sign this pact have to declare war if ur trade rou

i haven'tspoken about a mutual defense pact i would want the introduction of a MUTUAL TRADE ROUTE DEFENSE PACT. this pact is active only when the freighter of one of the 2 signataries go under attack. this pact could be signed by 2 races only if they were in very good relations and have a lot of trade routes between them. this pact could be invoked only if freighters are attacked so it isn't a mutual defense pact. there would be some improvement in diplomacy and game: - diplomacy become mor

on the long run if too much trade routes are destroyed it could hamper your trade wih this race from what i understood. it's very interesting to implent this diplomacy option because diplomacy will surely become more complex and interesting, but the trade will be a lot streamlined. anyway in history casus belli is not only invoked when there is a military attack, but also when trade or economy are in danger. after all it shouldn't be so much hard to implement that treaty considering

i would that stardock implement as soon as this diplomacy option. it's very easy to understand that if a race (drengin) is in war with another race (torians) and attacks a freighter direct to a planet of (humans), it's not only an act of war against torians but it is too an attack against humans. i would that this dipolmacy option will be implemented as soon as.

Once you get high up on espionage (there are several levels, but I dont know exactly what level you need to be in order to start stealing techs) you can steal techs. In a recent game where I was pumping the max amount of money into a player for espionage (well over 200bc per turn), who were also fairly ahead of me in tech, I was getting probably 1 tech every 10-25 turns. Great story! Given their history with the Drengins, the Torians should have surrendered to the Altarians or Terrans instead! well if u are under attack of drengin empire it is more likely that to avoid genocide of your race u will surrender to drengin instead other race. anyway drengin would never give you the chance to surrender to a
