Anyone ever heard of this mess? Back when Sins first came out I was using the old Galaxy Forge no problem, but suddenly this new version wont work. I've done some searching around the net and found a couple of other people with the same problem, but I have never seen a response. "System.ArgumentException: Font 'Arial' does not support style 'Regular'."

So advanced farming techs are borderline worthless? I mean, it sounds like MAYBE one farm upgrade is worth it but then it just hurts you. I don't get why there would be a whole tech line that you should have to avoid.
Well I started a new game today and ended up with this same issue on a totally normal class 5ish planet. I build or buy a factory and the planet gains absolutely nothing from it. Is this a known issue of any sort?
I've come to the conclusion that it pretty much has to be a bug. The main that that annoyed me was when i moused over my military production it was showing 0 from factories, despite the fact that I had over built (and bought) factories to try and get the planet running. I don't think I would have cared as much normally, but it was a class 27! Oh well, thanks for the input everyone.
Well, the planet was completely in the corner of the map, and it first I thought that might have been related. I think I will tear apart the planet and see if I can't figure out what has gone wrong.
So I recently purchased the expansion after a long hiatus from GC2, and have a few things I need to work out. I read through the manual and browsed the web site, and can't seem to find what the deal is with various "uninhabitable" worlds. I was just playing a game where I found a radioactive class 27 planet. I quickly researched the necessary techs for the world and colonized it, but soon found that I was getting ZERO production from my factories on the planet. Unsure of what was happening,
Ordered from gamestop. Worst. Idea. Ever. Gamestop makes me I shoulda done the direct download...I have no idea what I was thinking.
I apparently can't join without making a character, which I cant do without a serial number, which I won't have untill I get my copy from gamespot (bad idea, shoulda just gone the route of DLing it.) Anyway, ill probably join up sometime this week once I can.
A week or two back i ordered from gamestop, thinking it would somehow be cheaper. I used like, year and a half shipping . Im really wishing I had just ordered direct now. I could have this thing for the same price, same content, tomorrow. Instead im going to be waiting for another week or something.
Not only is there an Athens in the USA, I live in Florence, Al, USA. Its about as uninteresting of a place as you can find. It does shame to the Italian Florence. (Or so I would assume. I've never been...)
While I dont know enough about Empires in GalCiv2 (or GalCiv1 for that matter) to make a decision, this one so far has the strongest appeal to me so far. Take my love, take my land, take me where I cannot stand. I don't care I'm still free, you can't take the sky from me.
Can you see an overall log of all battles you have participated in?
I'm having some wierd moments with log ins and whatnot, but im liking it as well.
the ability to play games while sitting out on my deck on a nice summer evening more than makes up for that. Thats a pretty convincing argument really. I never really thought about the ability to simply sit outside with a laptop. While it wont make me run out and buy one, I have to say I love the so
I've never been into laptops for any reason. I don't have computer work to do on the go and I couldnt justify having a laptop just for gaming. So uh, laptop playability is pretty much completely unimportant to me.
