Reply to Brad's known issue list in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I didn't see this reported - sorry if its a duplicate... I built a military starbase and upgraded the daylights out of it, meaning my ships in the radius should have multiple layers of offense and defense applied to them. Unfortunately, they seem to have neither, as the military starbase options seemed to stop workinig after the latest patch.... On the plus side, I have to change my current game strategy to compensate, so at least I'm being forced into something
