If you live in Columbia, Mo and are looking for Galactic Civ II I aplolgize. I pre-ordered from EBgames and they rec'd it yesterday, but for some reason they decided to sit on their a** all day today and never bothered to ship it. (At aprox 1230pm today they sent UPS the billing info.......& that's it). So needless to say I called by nearest EB and they had ONE copy left, so I asked the guy if he could hold it for me and he said yes. So I drove 45 minutes (One way) to pick up the last copy.<

UPDATE: I ordered my copy from EBGames.com on Feb 9th, and it is currently being shipped to me! All the UPS site says is that they rec'd the billing information so it is not technically on the road yet, but it is closer to me then it has been since tuesday. When I talked to EB yesterday a rep said they do not do "weekend shipping", BUT since the game is now in the posession of UPS does that still mean I will get it Saturday? They are not in GalCiv II but I hope that they are added in an update or an expansion pack! This is not the first time someone has said that they wanted to see them in the game so I'm sure that if demand is high enough Stardock will grant our wish.

Just try to look @ it like someone said earlier, you are getting a better copy because Stardock is releasing more tweaks while we're waiting for our copies. Of course more than likely as soon as I get the game I am going to install it and begin playing it without even considering getting back online, but so what!

I can understand why some people are so mad. This isn't a case where the game gets pushed back suddenly. What makes this worse is that some people are currently knee deep in Galactic Civilizations fun, while the rest of us are sitting on the sidelines drooling uncontrollably. I know that EBGame.com has recieved the games and have enough for those that pre-ordered the game (I know this because I talked to an EBGame Rep a couple of hours ago).
