only to find that the game would crash every time I tried to start a game. I eventually got it into the game by turning off multisampling and lowering the resolution to the default 1024x768
I can play the game now with these settings, my computer was doing the same thing. Also, it seems to be crashing randomly as with yours.
The rest of the world should, perhaps, gang up on the US.
The fact of the matter is, many countries, whether they publicly criticize or praise (rare now in days) the U.S., they appreciate how the U.S. can bully other countries. Many of us disagree with what U.S. administrations do with their power, but would you rather have Iran be the Super Power bullying the world?

$20 for this game seems to be a great price for the level of detail in the game. But is there a randomization button that randomizes all the states political party? But if you could randomize the states, such as New York, a democratic state, all the sudden becomes of swing state from the start or even republican would throw in interesting twists and keep the replayability endless.

I won't even touch Arcean's unless I give them the +1 speed bonus. Hate wasting the points, but they are worth it. Plus add one to creativity, put 1 research into their navigation centers, hopefully within a couple of turns you'll get another +1 speed bonus, hell, once in the first ten turns I received + 2 speed bonuses because i creativity popped them both!

They have none, as well as pathetic soldiering techs. They do however get 3 great buildings that can be built 1 on each planet. One of these is their major factory thingy, while the other two are research bombs.

I think they way trade is set up now kind of hinders the Korx, If they could use your trade abilities to the max using the DA trade income, they would be a force to be reckoned with.

There is nothing wrong with genetically engineered foods. They are not going to make you mutate. The one problem with GE foods is diversity. If everyone starts using the same strains of food, one disease could wipe them all out. Genetically engineered foods can help the environment by needing less pesticides and herbicides. The fear some people have is that super weeds will develop, thus requiring more herbicide to keep them out. This is very unlikely due to the breeding types

I;ve tried this over and over and it keeps happening. Playing acreans and building my first ship, when the ship is completed, the game crashes. I tried deleting all the ship templates and such, but it keeps happening.
