So if the Korath conquer the Thalans, does that make them vegan?

The Korath would never decide to become a minor race.

I just read about an event where a minor race 'The Vegans' appears, so now I'm thinking you misunderstood me. I was using a bit of dry humor refering to ultra-vegetarians (vegans) who do not eat any animal products, like milk or cheese as well as not eating meat. They do, however, eat bugs since insects are technically

Yeah, I had this happen. Already sent the save file and debug to the devs. In my case, I was playing Drath and wasn't able to research Disease Cure until i restarted the game back up. I also lost a ship design. Even some ships (mine and AI) hps went to zero and the moves went to 543263563737/0 and when clicked on they disappeared.
"OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spore is awesome BUT I WILL NOT BUY THIS GAME BECAUSE HEAVEN FORBID I HAVE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET EVERY 10 DAYS!!!! Never mind the fact that you would almost certainly want to connect to the internet anyway to download the inevitable patches for it. Fine don't buy it. Your loss.
Hahaha, all 1 patch to be released... Hold on a second... The second will come out a year later and fix maybe 1/4 the bugs. All the while new worse ones shall

No need to pirate the game, there will be cracks out. At least support the people who made the game. If you don't like something they did, crack it. Was actually thinking about spore even though my stance against EA has been strong :P I guess lets think of the bright side of this. Its not StarForce lol

I had this happen and my ships that were already made, some of them got hitpoints of zero. Weapons turned to zero, but others stayed alright. Needless to say when i click on those ships they just dissappeared. I already sent in a bug report.

I've been playing drath so far and have yet to get into economic troubles. I don't but rush anything because it gimps your economy too much. Even with the horrible population growth the drath do get, by the time my economy sinks to the red, it is usually about to rise up. I devote my homework mostly as production, my PQ 4 world as a research base, then, large planets i find get farms and econ buildings unless they have some crazy bonuses. But also I'm no warmonger. I just make every
- Trade routes don't help that much (especially in Twilight of the Arnor) but every bit helps.
I'm going to disagree. Trade routes are usually the staple of my early economy until I get some population. Darn the Drath and that population penalty. Faster I get people to war the faster I can get even more money!

I find a large problem with EA, in that games come out unfinished and therefor, the expansion comes out costing us another such and such amount to finish the game. Look at Black and White, Fable, given this is from the same game developer. Some of the Battlefield series. When I had an Xbox, I dreaded any EA sports game on the market. So I guess I might have to wait till spore comes out with an expansion and that may solve all my problems.

I'm still debating on this game because of the EA connection. Its been a good 6 years since i bought my last EA game,, at least back then there were series of unstable games and bad patch support with the game. I know some of this involves with the game developer. Do I stick with my ban on EA games or should I give them another try? I just don't know... ;)

So who is going to make their first game an immense galaxy? I'm thinking I'm going to put everything on rare except for planets and how habitable they are. See you in 4 months ;)

I would remove the Xeno Ethnics that force someone to stay towards a path to get special buildings. Instead, have the buildings be linked to evil or good. Depending one which side you are leaning towards or are in, the building would reduce some stats and add others. An example might be some morale building when your playing good and you get a 30% morale bonus for being 100% good. Lets say start towards neutral and say you get to pure neutrality. Then the building might give

I gave this site a show, they allowed me to play for free. There is a special option that 500 people get to play free so they can form a community. While the attempts at these games are great, the user interface and the way games are set are terrible. You can see who is in the games. You have to have multiple windows open. I had to quit on the site. The community was getting there, but the interface got to me.
Evolution is an hypothesis, Intelligent Design is an hypothesis. Neither one deserves to be taught in a science class. There is no evidence that species change from one to the other over time as evolution tries to explain the diversity of life.Natural selection should be taught. It is verifiable. Living things change over time in response to environment. It's very well documented.Intelligent Design and Evolution are not verifiable because we cannot see into the past to see what reall

Why do we have to start from nothing, if there always WAS something? How do you know there was nothing? Wouldn't that mean there wasn't a god? What created god? But w

How did life begin? From the sound of it, it seems they are getting very close to creating life from scratch. Give them 10 or so years. Once this happens all of the nonbelievers will still be nonbelievers anyway, so no point in talking about it. Just wait till we develop non-carbon based life forms, we are the the point where most of us are not in need for religion to explain to us what has happened and why things happen. Hell, maybe eventually the human race could b

I use to play CoH all the time and LOVED it. The think you must realize about Relic is that they will take the time for multiplayer reasons before single player. Their games thrive on the multiplayer aspect. While I love single player games such as GalCiv2 and Sins, CoH definitely is improved over the multiplayer experience.
