I've found the manual in the Twilight diretory "TwilightManual.pdf" but the manual has no info on TA at all. Has a TA cover but the content looks like the GalCiv2 Gold manual. It would be nice if the Devs can post the updated TA manual for download....

Bump.... Same here. The TA manual has a TA cover but no info on TA at all. Looks like the GalCiv2 Gold manual with a new cover. It would be nice if the Devs can post the updated TA manual for download.... Besides that, it's a great, really great game. Stardock, thanks for all the work
