It has come to my attention that Galciv2 needs borders. All nations have borders. All through out history there have been borders...and if a hostile nation crosses it, well it won't be pretty. I KNOW about the ring of "influence", but it is not a border. It makes no sense NOT to have one! Technically you can't own space, but in all good sci-fis there are borders to say "hey keep out" or "I'm bigger that you! Stay out!". To me, It seems kind of fishy when enemy ships are going around you

Kinda of the subject of buying a planet. There is another way of getting a planet or planets without have to buy it, conquer it THATS IT!! I like to exert my power and throw my weight around in Galciv2 ...

Jub, why do you think you should know when AIs trade with each other? Maybe if your espionage is high enough, then I would support what you're saying. But without the requisite espionage level, you shouldn't know. Sorry, thats what I meant. This IS about espionage you kow. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Tongue.gif" border=0

Ok then how can I delete the post, I feel uncomfortable having a post that has nothing to do with the game and confuse people. YOU CAN'T!!! TEHEE!! It happens all the time so don't worry about it .

Wouldn't it be easier to just have the ability to add music to a folder and then make it an option to, instead of having the standard music, just cycle through all the songs in the folder? Then you wouldn't need to run WinAmp or iTunes or whatever you like in the background. That's what I want, the ability to add music. I know what your'e talkin

I'd actually put a reorganized enemy tech tree pretty high on the improvements I'd like to see in a DA update. Ideally it would be a collapsible/expandable tree that, in its collapsed form, displayed the highest level tech a civ had in each branch. Individual techs would be color-coded to indicate whether the player also had them. I would of nev

Hey, I found this cool game called Two Worlds at IGN. I never heard of this game, but even though it might look like Oblivion it sounds better that Oblivion. (The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion for refence). I just happened to snag it, they need to advertise it more. Here is the link. At ign WWW Link Official website<br

Really, if the stats list the tech, list them next together their fellow techs. EX: manufacturing center is at the top whilst the industrial secotr is somewhere at the bottom. It seems to have no form what so ever.

But next to it is Zoo Tycoon with 20 units on the shelf. Regardless of whether you like Zoo Tycoon or not, one must give credit to Microsoft for being able to push that many units into the channel and get the sales they get. Microsoft also has lots of $$$. So don't feel so bad about those fatcats <img src="http://images.stardock.com/tgNET/smiles/

I know this is a old post, but you could have a carier have fighter variants. What I mean is you customize your own fighters and make them swarm the enemy.I would like to have a fighter pod on my battle ship to rip the enemy battleships to shreads!

In Galciv2 (and DA), you can get all of the enemy technology information. You can see what techs they have. But they have a huge confusing list to list the techs. Will there be any tech tree to show what techs they have? That would be a big help to my spying and to keep tabs on the enemy's plans.

Yes, unlike SOME games. I just hate it when some company shoves out a game and has only two or less patches...Unlike stardock! (Man stardock made *tons* of patches for Galciv2) It really grinds my gears when companies make games and put them on the shelves. Especially sloppy editing. I've heard some bad stuff about StarTrek:Legacy(PC). I just hope stardock can expand it's influence and s
