Ooops... sorry... my bad. The fix I was so excited about didn't work.
Ooops... spoke too soon... I just tried editing the borders in SkinStudio Pro as per Jey_son's instructions (above). It no worky. Changing the value(s) to 0 does not fix the maximized border clipping problem. Bummer.

Well, I've noticed ever since the last update of WB5 my GT3 OS borders are off a tad too. The taskbar doesn't fully extend to the far right of the screen. It stops about 1/16th of an inch short... enough to actually see the wallpaper behind it. And, when maximized, the tops of the title bars are clipped... even on my second monitor. Everything was just fine until the last update of WB5.
