How about a system of proposing bills in the Council, and then bribing the other races to get them on your side. This could add a whole new depth to the Diplomacy model.

I think this is a major problem with the game and should be posted as a probl;em. This should definately be remedied int the next patch

I've encountered a problem where all the game is stuck in the strategic view. Do you know if this is a hotkey problem? Or could it be a graphics issue

Graphics Problem in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I was playing the game last night when it crashed. After reloading the game all the planets, ships, anomalies, and starbases had disappeared. Does anyone know if I've pressed a button, or is it a graphics issue?
