Hi All, Not posted often before, but thought that this stage of the Entrenchment beta would be a good time to do so, with positive "criticism" and praise where due. I basically think that this game is superb - one of the best of the decade, in fact. My thougths are only intended to improve the game, and, as always, I might be wrong! Just a few thoughts: Someone else commented on the design of the starbases - I agree - they are spot on, and each reflects the "fla

TheDamien and tesb - thanks. It's running now. I uninstalled both and reinstalled, as TheDamien advised, and it's working. I wondered why Impulse would install Sins in one place, and Entrenchment in another, then remembered that I installed Sins without Impulse, before it became the only way to get Stardock content. So I wonder if that was the cause of the problem? Those who installed vanilla Sins using Impulse (as I just did now) don't have the fmod.dll problem, as Impulse kn

Having downloaded and installed Entrenchment, I can't run it. My error message says "This application has failed to start because fmod.dll was not found. I can't even get this game started. It installs OK, but when I choose "Play Game" from the initial menu I get an error: The instruction at "0x7c911c48" referenced memory at "0xfefffff8". The memory could not be "read". There are slight variations of this each time - sometimes the references change slightly, and sometimes they cannot be "written" instead of "read". Then it just sends me back to the Desktop. I run WinXP
