[/quote] That's with using the beta system to select an old version. Once upon a time Steam didn't force you to update to the latest bug-ridden version of a game before you ran it. I despise steam's mandatory updates.

How do you rollback to version 1.3? Since the 1.4 update my game sits at Wait after End Turn endlessly, Starbase upgrades do nothing unless I pass, and Rush Production does nothing.
