This is why I will never buy World of Wacraft. By the way this is really different here, because you have to pay each month for the game. And I know if you buy a used copy you only need the serial number to reset the account. So it's not a big problem. My friend bought that game used and with that serial number he got no problem at all. There is no piracy in there. Anyway I'm sure my opinion wont affect anything so I dont even know why I'm complaining.<b

Hey I have many game with serial number and registered account. If I sell them, I wont have acess to the game again. so I dont see the point for this game. If you as a company you prefer to sell the game available for download, it is your problem and your's only, you dont have the right to force people to buy a new one to play it legally. I paid 30 canadian dollars instead of 40 us dollars for a collector edition copy. the seller was an honest person, on ebay, and he sent me his information for the login so I was able to change them and now he cant acess the game I can update it as I want. Civilization IV is the worst of the series. This game has been designed for kids and people with poor history knowledge and cannot be compared to previous civilization game. I paid 70$ canadian for the pre-sale edition and now I'm unable to sell it 30us dollars on ebay and I only played 2 times. This game suck, that's the worst turn-based game I ever played. Galactic Civilization 2 own this game 10 times.

Yeah planetary defense is useless. It should make a greater difference in my opinion. 50% would be correct in my opinion. So when a planet have a planetary defense, you have to build lot more transport to invade, so it let the time to the player or AI to build starship to defend the planet before it get invaded.

The Korx are always powerfull in my games. They are cool to play too, dont erase them. In fact, all races can play good in most of my games, except the drath sometimes that really suck. By the way It would be better to keep all the existing civilization, they are all cool. I wont buy any Galactic civilization 3 is thoses are removed.

When I want to play an old game on windows xp, I go to to graphics property and I recude the material acceleration. It work for everygame, I can run x-com 1 without any problem. Well X-Com2 do not work good but the first one is better hehe. (the great classic !!)

I have a ATI 9800 pro 128 mbs , everything work great and this card kick ass. I must admit it happened to me 2-3 time that the game crash and reboot the cpu. But I'm not sure it is the graphic card. Anyway, I can run almost all game with all graphics at maximum, even BF2. I'm sure my 1.5 gig of pc2700 is for something The only game I had problem with was Far Cry

Wow, KEEP DOING GOOD WORK STARDOCK, YOU OWN. The list of add-on and fix is huge. I will wait the final 1.2 version to play on it. For now it work well on 1.11 in my current game, but 1.2 seem superior. The only thing I hate is to see the altarian building an economic capital on a planet 5 class with actually no economic improvement... lol

I prefer good single player game. How do you expect to have a good game in multiplayer in that kind of game ? It would be impossible to make a long game with the same player.
