Hello, I'm new posting. I'm playing on twlight, on immense map, suicidal, with slow tech. Year is 2230. The largest and most powerful civ, in almost all my games, is usually the Torians, as they spread really quick and have the lastest tech. I spied on the torians and have high intell on them, When I click on "view" to see what's on their planets, and scroll through them, I've notice lots of their planets, on the outskirts of their empire, have no structures
