It was a good game, but i am sorely regretting i bought it now. Homeworld 2 was the best 3d space game I have ever played, you have a long way to go, but keep up the good work.

Does a Hard Crash to Desktop in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

playing becomes sluggish and then it does a hard crash to desktop. I also notice it leaves ghosts on the ships when you try to make them into a fleet. Stacking ships in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I played it yesterday for about 8 hours. I noticed that when stacking ships I get a ghost or several ghost anomolies posing as a space ship. Also when I hold down the control key selecting ships to go into a fleet my mouse becomes Jittery in the game and hard to move like the game is having trouble multitasking doing more than one function at a time. The Hotkeys should be customizable - its kind of generic if a game as good as this is not fully customizable.

Why would I want to purchase the game again? can't I just put in the existing SN and download it? or can I? Your very uneducated guess was right on the money! it is my DVD burner! I put it on another PC with a GF 3 card in it on a 2.4ghz pc and a standard SCSI Burner and it worked just fine. I just bought it the game a few weeks ago and when I went to install it last night it hung on my desktop. My PC may be too much for the poor little game.
