Great Post.. Right on the money. One thing about defenses. Everybody has his or her way of building defenses. I like to keep mine tight around my planets with repair platforms and a phase inhibitor. Since the defenses are so close to your planet you must have a phase inhibitor or the enemy can go around your defenses and jump deeper into your systems. For those that did not know, Phase Inhibitors block hostile fleets in that system from jumping deeper into your empire.<br/

StarDock/IronClad, There has been a couple of threads here about people loving this game and some people who have minor Issues with some functionalities. Here, I just wish to Thank You, Thanks You for a creating a brilliant game and Thank You for listeting to some of the Beta Testers Ideas. I always believed a games longlivity is dependant on the type of support provided and the helpfull community members. I see a long and brlliant future for IronClad/StarDock if these trends

Easiest way to not be attacked by pirates... keep the bounty on the others higher than your... Simple And it just happens to work. Pirates are not the as irritating as most believe, even then a few defenses can easily take care of them. When I first started the game I was also like holy shyte the pirates are bleeding me dry. After a while you get to learn how to use the pirates to your advantage.

Right now... I was one of the better testers... The complete game feels like a new game. All I can say is.... DAMN YOU IronClad/Stardock, here I am sitting at the office, tired as hell. I was actually contemplating calling in sick today, but EXCO would have none of that. But anyway, brillaint job... yes brilliant.

hmmm... I noticed that some people dont understand the meaning of pre-order. And that seems to be the problem for some. Anyway, I will let them figure that one out for themself since they believe that pre-order means they get it first. When in fact, it is basicly just making an arrangement to order something that is not actually yet available. hmmm... i have this odd Question. Who hell cares about a poster of the tech tree anyway? I can see it in the game im playing, and there is no way in hell im putting it up agains my wall. Give me decent poster... sins poster and im a happy guy. not some damn Tech tree for crying out loud. The only recent game I bought with a tech tree poster was Civilizations IV and C&C 3, and they were not as cheap as sins thats for sure.

Well I bought Windows Blinds and all those other nice extras from Stardock. The fact that My Pre-Order means I get the Collectors Edition makes my pants tight. I never cared much for Boxed games, thats why My steam account has 19 games listed under my name. If i can get it online.. im happy. Actually I liked the part where the history of how things became what they are now is told. An unseen enemy and humans fighting for their very survival. Anyway Good Job so far. It takes dedication and alot of patience to write a book. So don't let the retards that give you crap influence you.
