My last Girlfriend gave me a Pen in my Leg, We were playing unreal Tournament against each other, I am a sneake bastard when it come to FPS games... run aounr behind somebody until they turn and BAM, so I got the pen in my leg. South African chicks can be so aggressive... I love it.

sigh... How I miss the Moo series before Atari screwed it up with moo3... They just kept pushing the guys to release a game that just was not ready.
Or for flying planet bombers up and over turrents and then coming straight down on top of a planet and hitting it while out of range of the turrents.
Depends on the person building defenses. There are some people that have got IQ's higher than sea level here.
It would seem your Keyboards CAPS LOCK is also broken now.
Oh ok... and I am guessing there were never Hero units before wc3? I played it for about hour before I got bored. Anyway, I might as well say wc3 copied starcraft because it has 3 races and then starcraft copied Dune because it also has 3 races. Now as idiotic as the above statement is, can you see how I look at your posts right now? Can we please stop these kind of pointless debates and discuss the actualy game instead trying to find similarities between other games
Also... It should not hog as much resources as steam. God dammit I only start it when I need to use it.
This Game made my pants tight when I first heard about it. I love this game. StarDock\IC, Bioware, Epic and use to be Origin ( God Rest their souls and DAMN EA )is my fav companies.
Has anyone else had problems running Sins through Steam? When I do, the fonts don't seem to render at all, leaving me with an entirely blank menu. It's very strange.I think someone posted that if you point Steam to the Sins_launcher.exe it will work. But I haven't tried it.
Sorry, Quoted the wrong person. You need uncheck your ingame community chat program in the your steam settings. That will solve the problem where no text is displayed in the game wh
Or keep TotalGaming.net and not give steam even more money.
Thats because you have the ingame community chat program for steam enabled. Disabling it in steam settings will resolve your problem.
Wait.... Sins when are we comparing Sins to WC3? I think WC3 Sucked.... EDIT: You know you play to much Sins when you start replacing since with sins.
Explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate. I'm not sure what you're referring to with "limited content", but this game seems to deliver on 4x in spades. Just my opinion mind you.Cheers~
Not really... I still love this game though, but this game is really not as in depth as your normal 4x game.
hmmmm.... Online Downloads via StarDock is your friend.
Eh? Yes it does spread through Phase lanes... Anyway I have not noticed it spreading through to other Star Systems though.
I am a big 4x game fan and I have come to hate the standard RTS game. Especially the flop Supreme Commander. Other than that the game is great. I am playing on a lower system spec than you are, and get some slowdowns on very large maps with use fleets. It is a good break from my Space Empires games so go for it. As a dad your kids might start to wonder what you look like.
Well... the pirates are easy to beat. So against somebody that knows what they are doing. That strat of yours is useless.
Or play maps that don't have pirates.... >.>
Right now, because it seems I am the strongest on the map they are working together against me. Earlier they were fighting each other. So yeah they do. They tend to band together in the face of a all powerfull foe. I just destroyed a combined fleet of 3 AI's 3 times the size of mine. Man it was awesome, the advent abilities are just bloody wonderfull.
Can I take a pic of myself clicking on SoaSE in Stardock? hehe... This bloody country of mine will not have this game in store for a very long time... And also... because I am sexy so I know you guys want a picture.
See...? I was right, Droolers. People comparing this to a full paced RTS game... tsk tsk I actually prefer a 4x Games. *eyes my Space Empires V Icon*
Actually I found out that the game AI seeks friends when faced with an all powerfull being. If you are the strongest apponent on the map with most or all your stats putting you on 1 they will join together to get rid of that threat. If you become weaker they might actually stop their alliance and attack each other. It's a balancing thing. And I think that is awesome.
All of a sudden I get this feeling that some of the people here are required to make use of all their mental resources just so they do not drool on their keyboards. Harsh ;(
True... But I bet I made you smile or atleast go "heh".
All of a sudden I get this feeling that some of the people here are required to make use of all their mental resources just so they do not drool on their keyboards.
haha, briliant. but at the same time I bet most player game starts are basicly the same.
Ah dammit... i guess that leaves me out in South Africa.
Ofcourse they do... geeks are anal.
