Actually, it was a problem with the activation window. The one with problem uses 2 entry for email and serial key. The good one has entry for email, password and serial key. Don't know why the other laptop use a bad activation window.
Always run as admin. Took me a bit of time to change the setting so I remember. Probably the serial numbers are still associated with the every old email address. The log said that the email address doesn't match.
I have 2 serials registered (DL and hard copy). How come I cant reactive any of them in a new PC. Last activation probably about 9 years ago. " Stardock Product Activation could not write the activation signature" What is that? Redownload a registered game should have come activated.
Just reinstall GCII on my new laptop. Play fine. Update to the last version. Suck big time. Can't register. Can't play. Just random rant Ignore me.
